The first time I listened to Kevin Kern is in Singapore, about 10years before, the [Enchanted Garden]. I often play it when I drive, especially when I go outing. His music is Nature itself. Only recently I know that Kevin has bad eye sight, this makes me more admire of his talent and willpower. Thanks Kevin.

If you are wandering along, and find yourself inexplicably humming a new longing, touching melody to yourself, Kevin Kern may be behind your subliminal yearnings. Kevin's ability to stretch melodies and sculpt music leaves you feeling like you just visited the sculpture gardens of some as-yet-unnamed fantasy city. This isn't just new-age music. It's simply the distilled essence of music. Every note counts and every tone color is deliberate and deceptively simple. It's in the phrasing. The way he stretches time like it doesn't exist. Listen closely to this man... he can show you things you didn't know were there between the notes. Thanks for this article!

I've been listening to Kevin Kern since his initial release, "In the Enchanted Garden". There is an intelligence and complexity to his music that resonates of his classical training. His most recent album, "Endless Blue Sky" shows growth and depth, he is truly a major force within the genre. The ability to download his sheet music is a gift to many who have the talent to express themselves through music. To see more recent music available would be wonderful.

I first met Kevin when we were both in grade school, and I was fortunate enough to be a member of the first band of which he spoke. We've remained close friends for all these years, and yet I still learned some new things from this interview. We've spoken of all the topics that were addressed, but the way he presented them here gave me a clearer picture of some of the milestones in his musical development... and, given the subjects, that seems fitting. Thanks to Musicnotes for presenting him so well... and thanks to Kevin, for everything.
